Aeries Parent/Student Portal
Welcome to Stonegate's Aeries! This system will provide parents and guardians access to student information.  Parents and Guardians will have the ability to view student attendance, grades, and other important educational information. 

Sign up to access Aeries for the first time Login to Aeries.
 
Washington Unified School District will offer digital Data Confirmation and important annual information including the Parent Handbook through Aeries once again. This process will eliminate the need for papers to be sent home to families and returned to the school. Please review the steps below, log in to your Aeries Parent Portal, and complete all steps by Thursday, August 31, 2023. If you have any questions, please reach out to the front office 916-375-0960.

Additional tips in accessing and updating information:
  • PARENT DATA CONFIRMATION  Aeries allows parents to update Contacts, Medical conditions, Authorizations.  Please complete ALL sections.
  • PARENT DATA CONFIRMATION is only available in Parent Portal Accounts, not in Student Portal Accounts.  
  • PARENT ACCOUNTS  ALL siblings enrolled in WUSD schools with the same parent email contact are added to the parent portal account automatically.
  • LANGUAGE OPTIONS parents can choose to complete the confirmation in either English or Spanish. Please contact your school site for help with translations for other languages.
